What you will do

• Translate customer requirements into detailed implementation plans and execute them for on-time delivery.
• Design, create, and manage software application and integration/migration deployments.
• Advise customers on best practices, risks, and changes impacting institutional processes and timelines.
• Drive collaboration between internal teams and customers to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
• Provide guidance and support to customers to address critical issues during implementation.
• Continuously improve onboarding delivery, update customer journey playbooks, and stay informed on product features.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience with a minimum of two years in customer success, software implementation, or technical support.
• 2-3 years of experience using HighLevel or similar vertical solutions.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Strong understanding and proficiency in software solutions and professional service offerings, including IT technical skills and platform integrations.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with superior attention to detail.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of marketing experience.
