- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel to meet partner performance objectives.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
- Lead joint partner planning processes to develop mutual performance objectives.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales Account Management.
- IT distribution & Cisco experience.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong will to succeed.
- Self-starter, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Strong ‘customer-first’ mentality, able to utilize relationships to drive results.
