What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of People Operations professionals across Europe.
  • Drive the growth of the HRIS platform, Workday, to be the ultimate source of truth for global data.
  • Manage the end-to-end administration of compensation, benefits, and leave programs.
  • Design and improve self-service tools for employees to handle HR topics.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Talent Acquisition to align operational roadmaps.
  • Maintain clear service level agreements for efficient and reliable HR processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading People Operations teams within an international, matrixed organization.
  • Hands-on experience working across European countries with an understanding of various labor laws.
  • Strong managerial skills and an engaging leadership style.
  • High proficiency with HRIS systems, ideally Workday or similar large-scale platforms.
  • Experience managing a shared services model using tools like JIRA and tiered support structures.
  • Analytical thinking and clear communication skills to partner effectively with senior management.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a consulting role focused on developing HR shared services for mid-sized companies.
  • Familiarity with managing payroll or collective labor agreements in the Netherlands, Spain, or France.
  • A background working with a mix of both office-based and operational or frontline employees.
