What you will do

  • Reach out to vacation rental owners and execute sales strategies, primarily through cold calling.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Track sales activities and monitor monthly target completion diligently.
  • Conduct business trips to focus regions to gather market insights.
  • Support new team member onboarding and share knowledge with international sales teams.
  • Assist in organizing events to promote hirify.global and foster a host community.

Requirements

  • High level of self-motivation and ability to convince hosts both via cold calling and face-to-face.
  • Positive mindset and empathic personality to build strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Solution-driven attitude with responsible and organized work habits.
  • Near native Italian language skills.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position.
