What you will do

  • Advise enterprise customers on hirify.global solutions to help achieve their business goals.
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes in collaboration with internal supporting teams.
  • Identify customer challenges and use technology solutions to increase revenue.
  • Maintain a regular customer cadence to build high-value, long-lasting relationships.
  • Research target accounts and formalize go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage complex deal forecasting and pipeline development.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Sydney, Australia
  • Demonstrable experience managing enterprise or commercial accounts with a quota.
  • Proven ability to influence at an executive level and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilience and high emotional intelligence.
