What you will do

  • Develop and execute negotiation strategies for contract renewals that maximize contract value.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Sales leadership to understand and develop clear renewal strategies.
  • Identify customer requirements, uncover roadblocks, and drive renewal to on-time closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Legal to streamline the resolution process.
  • Provide management with regular status updates and accurate transparency to forecasted attrition.
  • Accurately maintain a 12-month forecast of renewals and communicate risks to develop resolution strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven success in renewals, account management, sales, and/or customer success.
  • Strong analytical background with proven problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated success working at a detailed level with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Highly effective communication skills across all functions and levels.
  • Fluent Spanish/English language skills required.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of hirify.global product and platform features.
  • Experience negotiating complex multi-year contracts.
  • Willingness and desire to take on additional tasks or pilot projects.
