What you will do
- Develop and execute negotiation strategies for contract renewals that maximize contract value.
- Partner with Account Executives and Sales leadership to understand and develop clear renewal strategies.
- Identify customer requirements, uncover roadblocks, and drive renewal to on-time closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Legal to streamline the resolution process.
- Provide management with regular status updates and accurate transparency to forecasted attrition.
- Accurately maintain a 12-month forecast of renewals and communicate risks to develop resolution strategies.
Requirements
- Proven success in renewals, account management, sales, and/or customer success.
- Strong analytical background with proven problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated success working at a detailed level with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Highly effective communication skills across all functions and levels.
- Fluent Spanish/English language skills required.

- Knowledge of hirify.global product and platform features.
- Experience negotiating complex multi-year contracts.
- Willingness and desire to take on additional tasks or pilot projects.
