You won’t just be sending emails; you’ll be the architect of our office culture, the face of our brand in the Cyprus tech community, and the person who knows exactly who’s moving where before it hits the news.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing
• The Local Legend: You’ll be our boots on the ground in Limassol. From tech meetups to networking at the Old Port, you’re the one everyone knows in the iGaming circuit.
• Full-Stack Recruitment: You own the funnel. You find them, flip them, and onboard them. You’re the gatekeeper of our "No Ego" policy.
• The "Experience" Architect: Because you’re in-house, you see the impact of your hires every day. You’ll work with leads to refine the interview process so it’s fast, fair, and actually fun.

Are You The One?
• You speak iGaming fluently. You know the difference between a white-label and a proprietary platform, and you can talk shop with a Backend Dev or a VIP Manager.
• You’re a "People Person" with a shark’s instinct. You can spot a "culture add" from a mile away and a "culture killer" in five minutes.
• You’re based (or willing to be) in Limassol. You love the energy of an in-person office and know that the best ideas often happen over a coffee (or a Keo).
• You hate bureaucracy. You’d rather fix a problem yourself than wait for a meeting to discuss it.
