What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate functions, including senior and leadership positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and strategic hiring plans.
- Source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, professional networks, and executive search techniques.
- Provide stakeholders with market intelligence on salary benchmarks and competitor landscapes.
- Optimize interview processes and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives specifically targeting corporate talent.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in corporate or business recruitment.
- Proven track record of hiring for Marketing, Finance, HR, or Operations functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Strong expertise in direct sourcing and headhunting.
- Experience operating within regional or international hiring environments.
- Ability to relocate to Cyprus
