What you will do

• Drive full recruitment cycle for complex and niche positions, owning the process end-to-end.
• Lead executive search projects with market mapping, headhunting, and direct outreach.
• Partner with business leaders on hiring strategies, providing market insights and role design advice.
• Oversee hiring pipelines, forecasting, and delivery against SLA/KPI targets.
• Source top talent using advanced techniques and international market research.
• Champion candidate experience and leverage analytics for process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Tech/IT recruitment for engineering and digital roles (Brand, Design, Marketing, Traffic, SEO).
• Experience in executive search for senior leadership and C-level roles.
• Full-cycle recruitment expertise with international hiring and relocation experience.
• Skills in pipeline management, forecasting, and recruitment analytics (time to hire, conversion rates).
• Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and knowledge of international talent markets.
• Fluency in English.
