What you will do

• Lead moderately complex technical initiatives in enterprise data environments.
• Design, develop, test, debug, and document ETL and database solutions.
• Contribute to large-scale strategy planning for data and technology initiatives.
• Evaluate and resolve complex technical challenges across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with product teams and managers to meet deliverables.
• Serve as an escalation point and guide junior team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience (6+ preferred).
• Strong hands-on experience with TSQL, SSIS, and ETL development.
• Proficiency with Git, Jira, Scrum, and Kanban (Agile methodologies).
• Experience working in regulated, compliance-driven environments.
• Ability to lead initiatives while remaining technically hands-on.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle, Teradata, and AutoSys.
• Knowledge of Big Data environments and SSAS Tabular models.
• Familiarity with PowerBI and/or MicroStrategy.
• Prior experience in banking or large financial services environments.
