What you will do
- Architect and implement complex Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom frameworks.
- Lead the development of intelligent automation using Agentforce and AI-driven Salesforce capabilities.
- Build advanced automation with Flow Builder, including complex orchestration and interactive screen flows.
- Develop clean, efficient Apex code adhering to platform best practices and design patterns.
- Design and manage robust integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture (CDC).
- Perform QA on features developed by partner teams following a Hybrid Engineer model.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years of API and web services development experience.
- Proven expertise in MuleSoft (Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Flow Designer, DataWeave).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and Advanced Developer certifications.
- Related technical degree.
- Working knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS or .
Nice to have
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
- Proficiency with AI developer productivity tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or CodeWhisperer).
- Web application development skills including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
