TL;DR

ProProduct Sales Development Representative: Identifying and engaging existing hirify.global customers to demonstrate the value of advanced Pro modules, driving product adoption and revenue growth with an accent on strategic customer engagement and pipeline generation. Focus on crafting genuine rapport, discovering unmet needs, and collaborating with account executives to close deals.

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Canada, with required office attendance 1-2 days a week if within ~40 miles of a Hub office. Must be residing in Canada. Ability to travel domestically 30% of the time for onsite visits.

Salary: $29.14 CAD hourly (commission-eligible)

What you will do

  • Build a strong sales pipeline by engaging existing customers and booking demonstrations for Pro-Account Executives.
  • Conduct high-volume engagement through focused outbound calls (approx. 30/day) and personalized emails.
  • Strategically craft honest relationships and genuine rapport with customers to facilitate discovery.
  • Drive customers to discover unmet needs or pain points and articulate the value of Pro modules.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Pro Account Executives to assist with closing deals.
  • Log and maintain all activity accurately in data entry records and assist with weekly reporting.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Sales or Customer Success, specifically in a cross-sell or up-sell capacity.
  • 12+ months of outbound calling experience is required.
  • Ability to travel domestically 30% of the time to do Onsite visits.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor on the phone.
  • Ability to effectively handle objections and clearly articulate value propositions.
  • A tenacious work ethic with a desire to be a top performer and a team-player mentality.
