What you will do

  • Manage and lead diverse teams, including departmental leads and individual contributors.
  • Anticipate production needs, from staffing to expenses, and communicate them effectively to clients.
  • Act as a strategic operations partner and main on-site point of contact for clients.
  • Oversee daily studio productions, resource allocation, and ensure production coverage.
  • Identify and escalate operations issues, proactively providing solutions to leadership.
  • Maintain budgetary control for daily operations and assist with troubleshooting technical problems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Communications, Media Production, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role within studio operations or production management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading diverse teams in a fast-paced studio environment.
  • Budgetary management experience related to daily studio operations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and supervising skills.
  • Ability to effectively handle interpersonal issues and foster customer service excellence.
