What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and coach Vendor Services Managers, driving performance, accountability, and professional growth.
• Provide oversight of vendor management services, ensuring service delivery timelines and quality standards are met.
• Establish and maintain standardized, scalable workflows, identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and other teams to ensure coordinated service delivery.
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators including service delivery timelines, customer sentiment, CSAT, and retention.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, analytics, and system capabilities to optimize workflows and client outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, or similar client-facing role.
• Leadership experience in customer success, customer support, or service delivery required.
• Experience in a SaaS or business services environment required.
• Strong leadership, team development, communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to standardize processes, drive operational consistency, and influence cross-functional partners.
• English: B2 required.
