What you will do
- Develop and manage enterprise accounts and pipeline within the assigned Indonesian territory.
- Generate leads, build relationships with prospective customers, and convert them into revenue-generating clients.
- Execute daily sales activities, including prospecting and selling the hirify.global portfolio.
- Collaborate with SI Alliance Partners, Channel partners, and Channel Manager to promote solution sales.
- Participate in field engagements, including on-site meetings and live events within assigned territory accounts.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas and provide weekly forecast updates leveraging Salesforce.
Requirements
- 10+ years of direct enterprise software sales experience in the assigned Indonesian territory is required.
- Proven track record of sales performance and credibility selling at the C-level.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to relate it to business value.
- Excellent qualifying, closing, and business development skills, along with the ability to build strong partner relationships.
- Ability to forecast, manage sales expenses, and analyze data to formulate account strategies.
- High intellect and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
