What you will do

• Lead hirify.global’s investor relations strategy and execution.
• Shape a clear, differentiated long-term equity narrative.
• Develop strong relationships with investors, analysts, and key market stakeholders.
• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, including acquisitions and partnerships.
• Partner with the CFO and executive team on capital allocation strategy.

Requirements

• 12 to 15+ years of experience in Investor Relations, investment banking, equity research, corporate strategy, private equity, or corporate development.
• Direct experience leading a senior role in Investor Relations at a publicly traded company.
• Strong understanding of consumer internet, digital advertising, marketplace, or platform business models.
• Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Executive presence and ability to engage credibly with sophisticated public market investors.
