Location: Remote (USA), with roles open in major US cities (Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, Newburyport, Salt Lake City, San Diego, San Francisco).

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 USD

What you will do

  • Maintain an advanced understanding of primary paid media channels (Google Search, Microsoft Search, Apple Search, Google Display Network).
  • Drive account strategy to achieve or exceed client efficiency and growth goals.
  • Develop and execute account management monitoring and optimization techniques.
  • Quantify and prioritize initiatives for account performance.
  • Manage designated client portfolio performance and client budgets.
  • Own the relationship with dedicated platform representatives (e.g., Google, LinkedIn).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of paid search experience (Google Ads required).
  • Comfortable with budgeting, bidding, and testing methodology.
  • Proven experience presenting findings and recommendations for account optimizations.
  • Prior experience with enterprise-level clients and monthly budgets over $500,000.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participant).
