Salary: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00

What you will do

• Provide engagement execution support for client and engagement teams.
• Manage the various stages of the executive search process to ensure high-quality execution.
• Lead candidate identification, qualification, and communication throughout search engagements.
• Capture and maintain accurate market, client, and candidate information in company systems.
• Identify and support the conversion of potential business development opportunities.
• Conduct interviews and referencing, potentially utilizing KF assessment products.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, United States for this hybrid role.
• Three to seven years of professional experience, ideally with exposure to one or more industries.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening) with the ability to make executive-level presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently.
• Self-confident, self-motivated, dynamic, accomplished, and detail-oriented.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is required.

Nice to have

• MBA or other advanced degree or equivalent.
• Exposure to Technology & Digital, Supply Chain, Energy & Utilities, Consumer & Retail, Life Sciences, or Financial Services industries.
