Salary: USD $85,100 – $169,800 per year (up to $185,300 for San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area).

What you will do
- Leverage appropriate data sources, integrate data, and address data quality issues in partnership with teams.
- Determine and execute appropriate analytical techniques, interpreting results for actionable recommendations.
- Stay abreast of data privacy and governance rules, ensuring work aligns with principles and controls.
- Collaborate across internal and client teams to deepen expertise in data sources and methodologies.
- Develop and evaluate internal and client-facing presentations that tell stories through analyses and data visualizations.
- Understand clients' businesses, anticipate problems, and identify business opportunities for Microsoft Advertising.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in data analysis, reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis.
- 2+ years experience using PowerBI/Tableau, DAX, R, and SQL for data manipulation and visualization on large datasets.
- Possess dynamic and creative critical thinking skills, with an ability to communicate complex analyses to diverse partners.
- Experience utilizing analytical tools to transform massive, dynamic datasets into actionable insights.
- Experience conducting, interpreting, and clearly communicating measurement analyses (e.g., incrementality, attribution, lift studies).
- Working knowledge of statistics, predictive modeling, and data clustering/classification techniques.
Nice to have
- 4+ years experience in statistics, mathematics, analytics, or related fields.
- 4+ years experience using PowerBI/Tableau, DAX, and SQL on large datasets, with client-facing experience.
- Experience in digital media, data analysis, measurement, and data management.
- Familiarity with Python, PowerPivot, and Microsoft Advertising API.
- Experience in the Technology and Telecommunications industry.
