Location: Expected to work from the office at least four days per week if living within a 50-mile commute of a designated hirify.global office in the U.S.

Salary: USD $85,100 – $169,800 per year (US)

What you will do

• Leverage data sources, determine statistical methods, and address data quality issues in partnership with internal and client teams.
• Apply analytical techniques to address business questions, interpret results, and partner to build on analyses and forecasting.
• Deepen expertise in data sources, methodologies, models, analytical tools, and processes to deliver results across internal and client teams.
• Develop internal and client-facing presentations that tell stories of analyses, reports, data visualizations, and key performance metrics.
• Develop an understanding of clients’ businesses across industry verticals, taking relevant industry trends and the competitive landscape into consideration.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis.
• 2+ years experience using tools such as PowerBI/Tableau, DAX, R, SQL for data manipulation and visualization on large datasets.
• Solid ability to communicate complex analyses to both technical and non-technical partners and clients.
• Experience utilizing analytical tools to turn datasets into actionable insights.
• Solid communication skills to work with partners in various areas of hirify.global Advertising.
• Ability to travel 25% – 35% (air travel may be required), as appropriate.

Nice to have

• 4+ years experience in statistics, mathematics, analytics, data science, engineering, computer science, marketing, business, data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, business and financial analysis, or related field.
• 4+ years in a partner or account management/client service/client-facing role.
• Experience in digital media, data analysis, measurement, and data management.
• Experience in the Technology and Telecommunications industry.
