Location: Hybrid in Chicago, United States. Employees are expected to work from a hirify.global office at least four days per week if they live within a 50-mile commute of a designated U.S. office.
Salary: USD $106,400 – $203,600 per year (typical U.S. base pay range).

What you will do
- Develop influential analytics and provide expert guidance to clients, positioning compelling opportunities within the MSA value proposition.
- Manage Partner Enablement Programs by overseeing vendor consultants producing foundational insights and developing roadmaps for scaled insights.
- Execute complex data analyses, interpret results within a client context, and drive forward opportunities with actionable recommendations.
- Enable Small Medium Businesses (SMBs) by working directly with Delivery Partners & Advocates to share Scaled Insights deliverables.
- Drive efficiency and innovation by implementing systematic and scalable methods for analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure data sources, methodologies, and models are high-quality, driving positive impact.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in statistics, mathematics, analytics, data science, marketing, business, or related fields.
- Minimum 6 years of experience using tools like PowerBI/Tableau, DAX, R, and SQL for data manipulation and visualization on large datasets.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant technical domain, technical sales, marketing, product management, or cross-functional engineering.
- Proven ability to communicate complex analyses effectively to both technical and non-technical partners and clients.
- Experience managing vendors or consultants who produce insights and sharing at scale, alongside experience in the ad domain.
- Ability to travel 25% – 35% (air travel may be required).
Nice to have
- 8+ years of experience in statistics, mathematics, analytics, data science, or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience using tools such as PowerBI/Tableau, DAX, and SQL for data manipulation and visualization.
- 6+ years in a partner or account management/client service/client-facing role.
- Experience with Python, R, PowerPivot, or hirify.global Advertising API.
