What you will do

• Lead organizational design workstreams within large transformation programs, shaping approaches aligned to client strategy.
• Develop operating models, organizational structures, governance, and role clarity to deliver strategy and improve performance.
• Build trusted relationships and act as a senior advisor to clients on organizational choices and trade-offs.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of organizational design deliverables, providing oversight and guidance to consultants.
• Coach and develop Senior Consultants and Consultants within organizational design teams.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading organizational design and operating model engagements.
• Proven track record of leading workstreams within complex consulting programs.
• Experience working directly with senior client stakeholders.
• Background in consulting or a comparable internal organizational design role.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom for hybrid working.
• English: C1+ required for senior client advisory.
