What you will do

• Find and connect with potential small and medium-sized business clients.
• Present hirify.global's product to clients via phone or video, explaining its benefits.
• Actively identify sales opportunities and work to close deals.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

Requirements

• Previous B2B sales experience, ideally in tech, financial services, or fintech.
• Confidence in cold calling and pushing beyond your comfort zone.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and aspire to become a top-performing Account Executive.
• Fluency in Norwegian and excellent communication skills in English.
