What you will do

• Design and maintain data models that track departmental KPIs, providing leadership with a real-time picture of operational and commercial health.
• Identify and analyse trends within current infrastructure to support the business in achieving rapid geographical and volume expansion.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into patient journeys to increase conversion rates and reduce friction across the customer lifecycle.
• Partner with the commercial team, ensuring AI tools are optimised for customer satisfaction and revenue retention.
• Provide the statistical rigor needed to validate the ROI of new tools, prompt iterations and workflow changes.
• Translate technical metrics into clear strategic recommendations that balance operational efficiency with bottom-line growth and can support rapid expansion into diverse international markets.

Requirements

• Proven Expert: 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, specifically supporting Operations, Logistics, or Product-led teams.
• Technical Master: Advanced SQL skills and experience building robust data models within modern BI stacks like Looker or dbt.
• Operational Intuition: Ability to identify where time or resources are being wasted by looking at data through the lens of efficiency.
• Strategic Communicator: Ability to explain both technical performance and its broader commercial impact to executive leadership.
• Data-Informed Decision Maker: Takes full ownership of projects, from raw data ingestion to final strategic recommendation.
• Growth Mindset: Resonates with ownership and strategic thinking in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
