Location: Hybrid (London, UK). This is a UK-based role and requires the legal right to work in the UK.

What you will do

  • Assist in planning and delivering digital media campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with client KPIs and strategic objectives.
  • Utilize measurement tools to track and report campaign performance, extracting insights for future activities.
  • Identify opportunities to test new strategies, formats, and optimization approaches to enhance results.
  • Collaborate with platform partners, tech providers, and creative teams to ensure campaign delivery meets industry best practices.
  • Support the training of junior team members in campaign management processes and cross-channel fundamentals.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, growth-focused team culture and share knowledge across the team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience within a media agency (network agency preferred) across one or more digital channels (e.g., search, programmatic, social).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
  • Competency in using third-party ad management and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or equivalents).
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, including charts, pivot tables, and data visualisation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the UK.

Nice to have

  • Experience working on finance or FMCG brands.
  • Exposure to cross-channel media planning and optimisation for integrated campaigns.
  • Familiarity with automated campaign management, audience strategies, or feed integrations.
