What you will do

• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business needs, define scope, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in solution design discussions and support the development team during implementation.
• Work closely with Developers, QA, and other cross-functional teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support backlog management, refinement sessions, and sprint planning activities.

Requirements

• Higher education in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital projects.
• Proven experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including facilitation of workshops and alignment of requirements across multiple teams.
• Confident skills in SQL and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and close collaboration with product owners, developers, and QA teams.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher level required (written and spoken).
