Salary: $300,000–$350,000 annually, plus meaningful equity grant.

What you will do

• Lead investor relations strategy, including crafting the equity narrative and engaging with investors and analysts.
• Prepare senior leadership for earnings calls, conferences, and shareholder interactions.
• Advise CEO/CFO on business model optimization and strategic priorities.
• Identify, evaluate, and execute third-party growth opportunities like acquisitions and partnerships.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for value-creation assessment and integration planning.
• Support capital allocation strategy and provide analytical support for financial targets.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience in Investor Relations, investment banking, equity research, corporate strategy, private equity, or corporate development.
• Direct experience leading a senior role in Investor Relations at a publicly traded company.
• Strong understanding of consumer internet, digital advertising, marketplace, or platform business models.
• Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Executive presence and strong judgment, communication, and cross-functional influence.
• High integrity and ability to operate with discretion in a public-company environment.

• Familiarity with SaaS and advertising KPIs and public market valuation frameworks.
