What you will do
- Lead investor relations strategy, including crafting the equity narrative and engaging with investors and analysts.
- Prepare senior leadership for earnings calls, conferences, and shareholder interactions.
- Advise CEO/CFO on business model optimization and strategic priorities.
- Identify, evaluate, and execute third-party growth opportunities like acquisitions and partnerships.
- Partner with cross-functional teams for value-creation assessment and integration planning.
- Support capital allocation strategy and provide analytical support for financial targets.
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of experience in Investor Relations, investment banking, equity research, corporate strategy, private equity, or corporate development.
- Direct experience leading a senior role in Investor Relations at a publicly traded company.
- Strong understanding of consumer internet, digital advertising, marketplace, or platform business models.
- Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Executive presence and strong judgment, communication, and cross-functional influence.
- High integrity and ability to operate with discretion in a public-company environment.

- Familiarity with SaaS and advertising KPIs and public market valuation frameworks.
