What you will do

• Lead negotiator, accountable for renewal negotiation outcomes on top client accounts.
• Develop and execute tailored negotiation strategies with sales teams.
• Provide strategic guidance on procurement asks, risk areas, and tradeoff frameworks during deal planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to achieve Renewal team goals.
• Pressure-test pricing, term options, and messaging before negotiations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing negotiations with procurement teams for large enterprise accounts.
• C-level client negotiation experience with the ability to shape complex renewal negotiations.
• Experience with deal structuring, tradeoff frameworks, and value articulation.
• Proven ability to implement and manage innovative negotiation strategies and approaches.
• Commercially savvy with the ability to adapt negotiation approaches to unique customer dynamics.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
