What you will do
- Build, scale, and maintain enterprise crypto custody applications with the highest standard of cyber security.
- Collaborate with wider technical teams on the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of backend applications.
- Act as a technical domain leader, providing guidance to your team and owning feature delivery.
- Raise engineering excellence standards by implementing best practices for architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on software development and architecture experience on large-scale distributed backend systems.
- 5+ years experience with Java (Spring Framework), Rust, or Scala.
- 4+ years experience as a tech lead and mentoring specialists.
- Experience building transactional systems (payments, banking, e-commerce) backed by RDBMS.
- Experience with cloud applications on AWS or Azure, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Agile development of distributed services, focusing on robust design, scalability, availability, and security.
