hirify.global is building Onside, the first alternative iOS app marketplace in the EU, allowing developers to distribute and monetize apps outside the App Store.

What you will do

• Build core backend services and payments infrastructure using Rust (axum, tokio).
• Design and implement scalable APIs, background workers, and external partner integrations.
• Develop non-custodial wallet logic, payout systems, and card issuing components.
• Maintain system security, observability, and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and Sentry.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Frontend, and Product teams to deliver features from design to production.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional backend experience with Rust (or Rust and C++).
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, async programming, and production-grade APIs.
• Experience working within the fintech, billing, or certification domains.
• Proficiency in both English and Russian.
