What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable software applications using Spring Boot, Java, and React.
• Architect robust cloud-native solutions in collaboration with product managers and design teams.
• Lead cloud integration efforts and optimize performance across both backend and frontend layers.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level engineers to foster a culture of improvement.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, and backlog grooming.
• Research and apply emerging technologies to improve the development process and product quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of delivering complex solutions.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Practical experience with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Hands-on experience with React and modern frontend web technologies and state management.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, or Harness.
• Strong experience with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
