What you will do

• Outline and implement product upgrades, contributing to analysis of business and infrastructure requirements.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document programs using Agile development practices.
• Develop specifications for complex infrastructure systems, designing and testing solutions.
• Generate documentation, operational policies, and procedures.
• Provision builds, configurations, and prepare runtime infrastructure for middleware products.
• Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues, supporting enterprise incidents through on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience.
• 3+ years of basic knowledge of Middleware technologies, including Apache HTTPD and Apache Tomcat.
• 2+ years of experience in Application Production Support on Linux and Windows platforms.
• 2+ years of strong technical troubleshooting skills and Root Cause Analysis experience.
• 2+ years of working knowledge of application monitoring tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• 2+ years of experience with Ansible and Python scripting.

Nice to have

• Experience in WebSphere, WebSphere Liberty, and WebLogic.
• Understanding of Incident Management Systems (ServiceNow preferred).
• Understanding of Infrastructure Technologies like Linux, Windows, Middleware, and Database.
• Understanding of Networking topology and Load Balancers such as F5.
• Experience with types of Job Failures and Troubleshooting.
