TL;DR

Infrastructure Engineer (Kubernetes/Docker): Designing, implementing, and integrating platform infrastructure services for development and operational environments on a large program producing a critical national asset with an accent on DevOps/DevSecOps tools and automation. Focus on modernizing computer/network/storage infrastructure, streamlining processes, enhancing collaboration, and accelerating release cycles through emerging technologies.

Onsite: Aurora, CO (no relocation assistance)

Rate: $75.00/hr - $103.00/hr (W2 contract, depends on experience and benefits)

What you will do

• Design, develop, implement, and integrate computer/network/storage infrastructure using DevOps/DevSecOps tools and automation.
• Modernize the program platform's design with emerging technologies to streamline processes and accelerate release cycles.
• Support development and operational environments on a large program for a strategic national asset.
• Perform hands-on engineering, documentation, and baseline control.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with CI/Poly Clearance (required)
• BS/BA in STEM (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or Physics) + 5 years related experience
• Experience designing/implementing/integrating platform infrastructure with Kubernetes, Docker
• Programming/scripting: Python, Java, Ruby, Bash, C++, C#, Go
• Experience with RedHat Linux
• Must meet DoD 8570 IAT level II (Security+ CE or equivalent)

Nice to have

• Deploying/configuring CICD pipelines (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Gitlab)
• Troubleshooting apps/infrastructure on Linux
• Automation: Terraform, Ansible, Chef
• DevSecOps framework experience
• COTS/FOSS product installation/configuration/integration
