Location: This role is based in our Chicago office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. You will work from this office in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, with the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Salary: $120,000–$136,000

What you will do
- Manage global resource allocation and capacity planning across all Professional Services practice areas.
- Forecast capacity needs based on pipeline, bookings, and delivery timelines, proactively identifying and addressing resource constraints.
- Develop and maintain resource management processes, tools, and dashboards with real-time visibility.
- Coordinate with subcontracted partners to ensure appropriate skill matching, availability, and performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and practice area leads to align on delivery timelines and capacity modeling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in resource management, professional services operations, or delivery management.
- Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities with demonstrated experience in capacity modeling.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align diverse groups.
- Experience managing both internal teams and external subcontractor or partner relationships.
- Proficiency with resource management tools and systems.
- Systems thinker with process optimization mindset and ability to build structure in dynamic, high-growth environments.
