What you will do
- Drive operating cadence and improve existing processes across supported regions.
- Partner with sales management for territory planning, quota setting, and business plan execution.
- Lead projects for territory optimization, quota setting, and new sales programs.
- Manage the forecasting and reporting process, contributing to weekly forecast calls.
- Build reports and dashboards to track key metrics, KPIs, and monitor pipeline quality.
- Prepare for and participate in quarterly business reviews.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or revenue operations.
- Demonstrated understanding of SaaS go-to-market models.
- Ability to structure complex problems, derive insights from data, and articulate clearly.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to influence leadership.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with SFDC reporting and SQL.
- Bachelor's degree.

- Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau).
