What you will do
- Own dashboard reliability, including infrastructure, monitoring, alerting, incident response, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Define and enhance developer experience through tooling, development environment, design systems, and agentic coding infrastructure.
- Develop platform capabilities such as authorization, audit logging, and configuration management for horizontal value across the dashboard.
- Lead a small team, balancing technical work, team leadership, and cross-team collaboration.
- Reduce build times, minimize production incidents, and increase platform effectiveness for engineers.
Requirements
- Experience in platform engineering, having built internal tools, developer platforms, or infrastructure.
- Strong full-stack technical depth with hands-on experience in React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Infrastructure and operations experience, including building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, alerting, and handling production incidents.
- Leadership experience in projects, mentoring engineers, or managing a small team.
- Ability to apply systems thinking and comfort with ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills for influencing across multiple teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with design systems or component libraries.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools or agentic coding.
- Experience in e-commerce or B2B SaaS.
- Experience working remotely in a distributed team.
