Sr. FP&A Manager

Sr. FP&A Manager (Finance): Lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making with an accent on Direct-to-Consumer growth strategy and operational excellence. Location: Remote-first with strong preference for candidates in Denver, CO or Boulder, CO for local strategy sessions

Salary: $134,300 - $155,720

What you will do

• Own and lead the end-to-end company budgeting process partnering with business leaders.
• Develop and manage monthly Budget vs Actual reporting and identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Accounting to improve FP&A workstreams and month-end close analysis.
• Support executive reporting including Weekly Business Review and strategic ad-hoc analysis.
• Innovate and streamline financial data collection and modeling processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or analytical roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical skills with deep evaluation and data-driven judgment.
• Mastery of Excel and experience with financial planning software (Adaptive, NetSuite, Anaplan).
• Must be located in the US, preferably Denver or Boulder, CO.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

• Experience in Direct-to-Consumer, Retail, or E-commerce industries.
• Background in investment banking or consulting.
• Strong communication skills to translate financial concepts for non-finance executives.
• Experience improving integration between Accounting and FP&A systems.
