What you will do
- Build deep partnerships with Growth, Marketing, Product, and other Strategic Finance teams.
- Develop pricing and go-to-market strategies for new products based on financial feasibility.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing analysis and insights to international growth business leaders.
- Develop scorecards with KPIs and partner with analytics to create Looker dashboards.
- Manage revenue forecast and LTV models for each geographic region.
- Build complex Excel/Google Sheet models from scratch to solve business problems.
- Manage, mentor, and guide a team of 2-3 analysts on various projects.
Requirements
- B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in analytical financial roles (strategic finance, investment banking, and/or consulting).
- Strategic thinker who is intellectually curious.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and switch altitudes quickly.
- An ambitious self-starter who thrives in an ever-changing work environment.
Nice to have
- CFA or CPA certification.
- Experience in technology/consumer investment banking or at a high growth startup/company.
- Experience with online subscription businesses, acquisition marketing metrics, and lifetime value concepts.
