Salary: $86,205–$130,000 USD

What you will do

• Collaborate with prospects and customers to scope custom implementations, integrations, and solutions.
• Assess the feasibility of monitoring use cases and integrations, articulating value and effort to stakeholders.
• Explore emerging technologies and new product features to enhance monitoring capabilities.
• Develop detailed estimates for services proposals and draft comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Lead post-sales discovery and design of custom solutions.
• Contribute to internal initiatives by optimizing Professional Services offerings and driving automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of IT experience supporting server, network, security, storage, virtualization, or cloud infrastructure with a strong understanding of ITIL best practices.
• 2+ years of programming experience in Python, PowerShell, Java, Groovy.
• Experience with REST or SOAP APIs, including HTTP, JSON, XML, and regular expressions.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as professional services or consulting.
• Willingness to travel up to 10-20%.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring new or initial employer-sponsored work authorization.
