TL;DR

Technical Client Advisor: Understanding client needs and custom-matching them with engineering experts from a global talent network, and providing support throughout the engagement. Focus on managing client expectations, writing accurate job descriptions, and ensuring a positive experience for both clients and talent in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Fully remote, globally. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance, so candidates must have their own work authorization.

What you will do

  • Understand client needs and custom-match them with engineering experts from various specialties (Software Development, DevOps, Data Science, AI).
  • Manage client expectations and provide support during the matching process and throughout the engagement.
  • Write professional, engaging, and accurate job descriptions to attract suitable talent.
  • Introduce talent to clients by showcasing their experience, skills, and relevance.
  • Manage the end-to-end matching process, ensuring positive experiences for both clients and talent.
  • Collaborate with other teams to optimize opportunities and resolve engagement issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in software development projects (Developer, PM, Architect, DevOps Engineer) OR 3+ years recruiting for Developers in tech companies/startups.
  • Preferred: 3+ years experience leading remote client sales/consultative interviews, managing international clients, or running own company.
  • Experience in scoping and preparing project proposals, translating ambiguous needs into requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship development, and emotional intelligence skills.
  • Ability to determine capabilities and deliverables required to solve technical problems.
