What you will do
- Lead end-to-end customer onboarding, implementation, training, and go-live, translating requirements into scalable solutions including workflows, templates, automations, and integrations.
- Monitor account health, adoption trends, and stakeholder engagement; build and execute adoption plans, account reviews, and recovery strategies.
- Conduct workflow mapping using IER framework, lead discovery sessions, recommend optimizations, and create scalable templates.
- Drive AI enablement by building custom workflow Agents, defining automations aligned to KPIs, providing training on prompt design and best practices, and tracking usage.
- Generate insights for customer success, expansions, and upsells; act as voice of customer to Product, Engineering, and Support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to align on delivery and outcomes.
Requirements
- Location: Philippines
- Deep understanding of platform, automation, integrations, and AI Agents; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- AI expertise in generative AI, prompt design, automation frameworks, and scoping use cases.
- Strong consultative discovery, workflow analysis, process design, and project/program management skills.
- Proficiency in data reporting, dashboards, metrics, and ROI communication.
- Excellent customer engagement, executive presence, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
