Technical Deployment Lead (AI): Define and own delivery of complex AI systems to customers, translating business outcomes into technical plans and roadmaps with an accent on execution across FDEs, Researchers, and Customer Engineers. Location: Based in Singapore with hybrid model (3 days in office), relocation assistance offered, travel up to 25-50% required.

What you will do
- Own the technical delivery plan for multiple interdependent workstreams, translating business objectives into roadmaps with milestones and dependencies.
- Run day-to-day engineering execution, tracking progress across and customer teams, unblocking issues, and making scope trade-offs.
- Embed with customer teams to land production deployments, map workflows, lead onboarding, adoption, and change management.
- Partner with Product and Research to ensure platform components and research align with deployment timelines.
- Codify reusable solution patterns and evaluations from field insights to improve products and models.
- Own value cases, set KPIs, measure pre/post-deployment impact, and report to executives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership.
- Track record leading large, complex, high-stakes AI engagements with tight coordination.
- Excel in high ambiguity, simplifying complex work while moving between system-level and execution details.
- Strong technical fluency in AI/LLM systems, architectures, integrations, and production pitfalls.
- Translator skills with executive presence to make technical trade-offs legible to business leaders.
- Comfortable being onsite with customers (25-50% travel).
- Expertise in at least one major sector (e.g., healthcare, energy, financial services).
