Senior Growth Engagement Manager (Fintech): Driving customer engagement across hirify.global's products, connecting users to the right actions. You will focus on implementing a strategic growth roadmap and increasing engagement with products and services.
Location: This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA or New York, New York offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
Salary: $166,000 - $195,000 USD (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC)

What you will do
- Own the strategy for lifecycle journeys and campaigns by identifying, sizing, and prioritizing opportunities to increase customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, Design, Data Science, and Content teams to develop personalized and compelling customer journeys.
- Use customer segmentation and data analysis to uncover opportunities for targeted messaging and tailored customer experiences.
- Generate data-driven hypotheses to improve marketing performance; design and implement A/B tests and apply statistical fundamentals to evaluate results.
- Drive the creative development and iteration pipeline by applying insights from experimentation to continuously improve campaign performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- 5+ years of growth marketing experience in consumer financial services, or equivalent experience in a data-driven field.
- Analytical approach with experience using tools and concepts such as Excel, A/B testing methodologies, and relational databases.
- Experience developing marketing strategy, including opportunity assessment, customer segmentation, and message testing.
- Results-oriented approach with the curiosity, drive, and creativity to execute and iterate effectively in a fast-moving environment.

- Familiarity with SQL and/or HTML is a plus.
