Location: Hybrid, required to be in Boston, MA office two core days per week.
Salary: $124,000–$181,900 annually

- Transform data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Write C-suite level business cases with compelling narratives for strategic growth questions.
- Collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams (brand, ecommerce, media acquisition, retail, partnerships) to execute growth opportunities.
- Lead competitive and market/industry tracking, preparing Board-level syntheses.
- Inspire and elevate colleagues through humility and curiosity.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree.
- 2 to 6 years of relevant work experience at a strategy consulting firm or within a strategy function within a corporation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence strategic decisions.
- Experience with quantitative analysis, including financial modeling and business case building.
- Expertise in PowerPoint and Excel.
