Location: Remote (USA), specifically open to candidates based in the USA.

Salary: $80,000–$105,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance for the hirify.global Falcon platform and applications.
• Assist customers with operationalizing all modules of the Falcon platform across various enterprise sizes.
• Utilize and engineer native and 3rd party software deployment technologies.
• Develop scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs.
• Support Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with Falcon deployment and forensics.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams on project planning, status, and collateral development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 2 years of experience performing IT deployments or in an end-user/customer environment.
• Basic understanding of software deployment technologies.
• Knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Experience with computer and network systems security.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to identify solutions to complex issues.
