What you will do
- Own and evolve operational resilience platforms and systems to underpin operational risk control.
- Design and build end-to-end automations for incident lifecycle management, BCP/DR, and change management.
- Serve as the authoritative interface to regulators and auditors, articulating control designs and remediation plans.
- Lead evidence collection and audit readiness activities within owned domains.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows to enrich incidents and surface risk signals.
- Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement in operational metrics.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- 5+ years of experience in computer science, computer networking, and/or computer infrastructure.
- Expert-level knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as NIST, FFIEC, SOC2, DORA, Reg SCI, CFTC, or PCI DSS.
- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, APIs, systems integration, cloud automation, and CI/CD.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math, Business, or a related discipline.
Nice to have
- Experience with Atlassian Suite products.
- Proven track record of leading technical incident response and documentation.
- Experience developing AI-assisted workflows.
- Direct experience engaging with regulators, auditors, or compliance teams in a technical capacity.
