What you will do
- Monitor, analyze, and report on global AI regulatory developments, including safety, security, privacy, and AI standards.
- Provide strategic recommendations to ensure hirify.global's products and operations remain compliant.
- Develop and publish thought leadership content, including white papers, blog posts, and op-eds.
- Create clear, concise customer-facing materials to communicate hirify.global's commitment to compliance and ethical AI practices.
- Liaise with global safety and security institutes, industry associations, and regulatory bodies to represent hirify.global's policy positions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Legal, Safety, Product, and Communications, to align policy initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Policy, International Relations, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in public policy, government affairs, or a related role, preferably within the technology or AI sector.
- Deep understanding of AI regulatory landscapes, including global AI safety frameworks and industry standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to draft compelling policy documents and communications.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex policy issues into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally.

- Experience in the tech industry, specifically in AI.
