Salary: $130,000–$160,000

What you will do

• Evolve and execute an analyst relations strategy to elevate hirify.global’s market presence and inform key industry conversations.
• Build, nurture, and manage relationships with analysts and influencers across leading firms.
• Drive briefing and inquiry programs to ensure analysts have an accurate, differentiated, and compelling understanding of hirify.global’s technology and business strategy.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to deliver analyst insights back into the business to inform roadmap, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Orchestrate participation in analyst research including project management, messaging development, and response coordination.
• Track and report on analyst engagement outcomes, perception shifts, and program impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Analyst Relations, Public Relations, Product Marketing, or related fields.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with industry analysts and influencers.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with senior executives.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills (written and verbal).
• Prior experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, data security, or SaaS strongly preferred.
