Location: While remote, preferred location is East Coast.

What you will do
- Manage and support AI communities across Viva Engage, moderating key channels.
- Translate AI updates into engaging messages and assets, such as FAQs, playbooks, and intranet content.
- Coordinate onboarding and "getting started" sessions, supporting learning journeys with L&D/SMEs.
- Maintain and refresh the KF GenAI Center SharePoint and enablement repositories.
- Track participation and communications performance, generating weekly reports and iterating based on insight and feedback.
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in communications, community or social media management, learning enablement, or project management.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Coordination/project management capability and strong collaboration skills.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity; proactive and continuously improving.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Viva, Outlook).
- Working knowledge of GenAI tools (e.g. Chat GPT, Copilot) and a clear passion for learning and experimentation.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting AI or broader technology transformation initiatives.
- Experience partnering with HR/L&D and internal communications.
- Some level of design skills (PowerPoint, Canva).
