Location: Remote, United States (East Coast preferred). Must be a resident of New York, Colorado, California, Washington, Hawaii, District of Columbia, New Jersey, Maryland, Illinois, Massachusetts or Ohio for remote opportunities.

What you will do

• Manage and support internal AI communities (Viva Engage, Teams, GENAI mailbox).
• Translate AI updates into clear, engaging messages and assets (FAQs, playbooks, guides, intranet content).
• Coordinate onboarding and learning sessions to build AI capability.
• Maintain and refresh AI content repositories (KF GenAI Center SharePoint).
• Monitor participation and communication performance, generating reports and iterating based on feedback.

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in communications, community or social media management, learning enablement, or project management.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Very good level of written English is a must.
• Coordination/project management capability and strong collaboration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Viva, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of GenAI tools (e.g., Chat GPT, Copilot) and a clear passion for learning and experimentation.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting AI or broader technology transformation initiatives.
• Experience partnering with HR/L&D and internal communications.
• Some level of design skills (PowerPoint, Canva).
